It is a luxury place - 10 minutes' walk to the downtown. Make sure you stay in the superior king room with a view. The authentic restaurant is magnificent, serves delicious dishes. If in Istanbul, I will be back.

Wonderful and incredible location in Istanbul, close enough to tram stop and Sultanahmet. Exceptionally comfortable beds, modern room. - A great selection of facilities such as its own balcony and a lounge area.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable. The staff was good. It was all very clean. Great importance was attached to cleanliness
The standard rooms are way too small. You feel like you're in prison. You can't move at all and opening a suitcase is also a problem. If we'd known that before, we'd have taken another hotel. Breakfast could also be better.

For the third time in this hotel which unfortunately is getting old. Furniture as well as bathrooms ( mould ) look used. Hotel would be recommended only after renovation of the rooms.

The location next to Sirkeci railway station is fantastic. Staff very friendly and courteous. Late checkout was no problem.
Breakfast room in the basement is the only one. Buffet, however, is rich and tastes good.

Mattresses were a bit hard, but that could be important only for me.
